About FindCV

Filipino talent, global employers. Built by operators who lived the problem.

FindCV is the marketplace we wished existed when we hired Filipino talent ourselves — transparent terms, verified profiles on both sides, and a workflow that works across 39 destination markets.

What guides us

Three sentences we refuse to blur.

Mission is what we do today. Vision is where this is going. Commitment is how we behave along the way. Kept short on purpose.

01
Our Mission

Make Filipino overseas work transparent — end to end.

Connect verified Filipino candidates to global employers through a single marketplace, with licensed local partners handling the regulated deployment work in the background.

02
Our Vision

The default global marketplace for Filipino professionals.

Across 39 destination markets and every non-medical category — household to skilled trades to office. Both flows supported everywhere: deploy from the Philippines, or hire in-country.

03
Our Commitment

Transparent fees. Verified profiles. No fake postings.

Fees published on both sides — nothing hidden. Every employer verified before they see a profile. Every local partner cross-checked against the DMW registry. No illegal placement fees, ever.

What we do

A two-sided marketplace, one workflow.

FindCV isn't a job board and isn't a recruitment agency. It's the technology layer that connects candidates and employers into a single verified pipeline — with licensed local partners handling regulated deployment in the background.

For Jobseekers

Get verified once. Get seen by global employers thereafter. A transparent one-time verification fee — no placement fees, no ongoing charges, no agency fees paid by you.

For Employers

Search 12,000+ pre-vetted Filipino candidates by role, country of current residence, and In-Country Transfer eligibility. Shortlist, interview, and hand off deployment to a licensed local partner.

You interview shortlisted candidates. We handle the rest.

Why we do it

One founder. One specific pain point.

Origin stories should be short. Here's ours.

Josh Heywood
Founder · FindCV
"During my time running several brands, I found the pain point no job board actually solves — helping employers hire verified candidates."

Across the businesses I've built — from hospitality and fitness to travel and services — the hardest part was never the job posting. It was trusting who was on the other end.

Job boards handed me applicants. They didn't hand me verified applicants. Every hire meant re-running background checks, re-checking references, re-verifying documents someone else should have already checked. Multiply that across roles and markets and it's a real cost.

FindCV is the marketplace I wanted as an employer — verified candidates on one side, verified employers on the other, and both flows (Philippine deployment or in-country hire) available in every one of our 39 destination markets.

Our Commitment

Four non-negotiables.

These are the promises that get screenshotted and shared. So we made them concrete.

  • DMW-aligned deployments, licensed local partners only

Every Philippine deployment routes through a licensed local partner. No shortcuts. No tourist-visa "conversions."

  • Transparent fees on both sides

Employers pay published monthly plans. Jobseekers pay a one-time verification fee — the amount is stated up front. No placement fees, ever. No hidden charges.

  • Both hiring flows, everywhere

Deploy from the Philippines, or hire a candidate already in your country. Both flows are available in all 39 destination markets — same verification bar, same platform.

  • Verified profiles, real people

Every jobseeker profile verified before employers see it. Every employer verified before they can post. No fake postings, no ghost jobs.

How we're different

Two hiring flows. Every market. Employer's choice.

Most job boards are one-flow platforms. FindCV supports both — deployment from the Philippines and in-country hire — in every one of our 39 destination markets. You pick the flow that fits the role.

⚡ How it works

Two flows, one platform, same verification bar

Flow A — Deploy from the Philippines. Candidate is in the Philippines. A DMW-licensed local partner handles paperwork, medical, OEC, visa. Timeframe: 30–60 days.

Flow B — Hire in-country. Candidate is already in your country (e.g. one of the 700K Filipinos already in the UAE). You transfer sponsorship via the local visa transfer process. Faster onboarding, no new deployment paperwork.

Categories FindCV doesn't cover

Healthcare (nurses, caregivers, allied health) is handled by our sister brand MediJobs.ph. Seafarers should work with DMW-licensed manning agencies directly. FindCV focuses on domestic, hospitality, F&B, retail, admin, skilled trades, and drivers.

Trust & Compliance

What we promise — and how we prove it.

FindCV is a technology marketplace, not a recruitment agency. Here's exactly what we do to protect both sides of every hire.

DMW-aligned workflow

Every deployment routes through a DMW-licensed local partner. Licensing verified before onboarding.

Employer verification

Every employer verified against trade licence, VAT registration, and website presence before they can view profiles.

Data protection

Philippine Data Privacy Act compliant. Candidate data shared with employers only after explicit profile approval by the candidate.

Global reach, GCC-first

Live in six GCC markets today. Phased rollout to APAC, Europe, and the Americas through 2027 — same compliance bar everywhere.

The market

Why now, and why big.

Meet the team

A small distributed team — built lean on purpose.

FindCV Limited is a UK-registered company, led by founder Josh Heywood — an entrepreneur who has built and operated multiple brands across hospitality, fitness, travel, and services before starting FindCV.

The company is deliberately lean. It's the reason employer plans can start at $35 a month instead of the $500-per-hire fees the traditional agency market charges. Every dollar goes into product engineering and the local partner network that makes Philippine deployments compliant.

As we approach launch, we're adding an operations lead, a partnerships manager, and a candidate success lead to run onboarding for the beta cohort.
